Watch your arm rise of its own accord with this little trick.

 

 

You will need:

  • A wall or doorway

How to make your arm elevate…

  1. Stand sideways on to a wall or doorway.
  2. Press your whole body against the wall or doorway, trapping your arm, and put your weight against your arm as hard as you can for 1 minute.
  3. After a minute step away from the wall and your arm will feel light and rise all by itself!

 

Tips for Elevating your Arm..

  • If your arm does not rise you either did not press against it hard enough or you did not press against it for long enough.
